**60-DAY LIMITED PURCHASE WARRANTY WITH ON-SITE SERVICE AND LIABILITY WAIVER**
EcoFit Gym Solutions Ltd. (the “Warrantor”) extends the following LIMITED WARRANTY (“Warranty”) to
the original owner of its product (“Product”) for select items:

1. **PRODUCT & PARTS**
If within 60 days from the date of purchase or service, any part or portion of the Product is found to be
defective in material or workmanship, the Warrantor will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the
defective part, portion, or Product. This Warranty includes on-site service where our technicians will
visit the location of the Product to perform necessary repairs or replacements. Terms and conditions of
this LIMITED WARRANTY are subject to change with notice.

2. **CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS**
This Warranty applies only when the Product is assembled with reasonable care and according to the
manufacturer’s instructions. Misuse, abuse, alteration of the Product, operation in a modified form, or
any attempt to repair the Product voids this warranty.

3. **SERVICE AND REPAIR EXPENSES**
Under this Warranty, the Warrantor will provide on-site service to repair or replace the defective
Product, part, or repair. The owner is responsible for all other costs, which may include, but are not
limited to:
– Labor charges for service, removal, repair, or assembly of the Product or any component part beyond
the initial on-site service.
– Additional shipping, delivery, handling, and/or restocking fees if off-site repairs are necessary.
– All necessary or incidental costs for any materials required for assembly of the replacement Product
or part.

4. **CLAIM PROCEDURE**
To initiate a claim under this warranty, contact the Warrantor with the original purchase receipt and
provide a valid return address, name, email, and cell phone number. Claims must be received by the
Warrantor within seventy days from the date of purchase. Include a concise statement detailing the
nature and cause of the damage. All claims should be directed to:

5. **LIMITATION ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES**
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED TO 60 DAYS
FOR THE PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR ANY PART. THE WARRANTOR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF ANY MERCHANDISE
PURCHASED. WARRANTOR’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE MERCHANDISE.

6. **DISCLAIMER**
NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY WILL BE MADE ON BEHALF OF THE WARRANTOR REGARDING THE
PRODUCT, ASSEMBLY, OPERATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT. THE WARRANTOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE

FOR LOSS OF USE, INCONVENIENCE, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, WHETHER DIRECT
OR INDIRECT, ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT. THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY EcoFit Gym Solutions Ltd.

7. **PERSONAL INJURY LIABILITY WAIVER**
By using the Product and accepting on-site service repairs, the owner and any users of the Product
agree to release, waive, and discharge EcoFit Gym Solutions Ltd., its officers, agents, and employees
from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from any personal injury or
damage to property related to the use of the Product or the on-site service repairs. This waiver of
liability applies whether such injury or damage is caused by the negligence of the Warrantor or
otherwise. The owner and users of the Product assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or damage arising out of or related to the use of the Product or the on-site service repairs.
